Chris Hobday

Chris has recently joined Holt Commercial following a number of years in the north of England where he completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate and in 2017 successfully obtained his professional membership of the RICS. Having worked at both national and regional firms he will be utilising that experience, alongside his local knowledge, within the Holt Commercial agency team and specifically concentrating on the acquisition and disposal of property within the Industrial, Office and Retail sectors. His career to date has largely been spent in agency departments, while he has also benefitted from time in both valuation and property management teams. Clients he has worked closely with include Barnett Waddingham, Handelsbanken, Watts Group and a number of charities. When not at work Chris enjoys spending time with friends, travelling, watching and taking part in a number of sports and assisting on his family’s smallholding in rural Warwickshire.
