Chris Heely

Chris is a co-founder and Partner of RSF Advisors Inc. She has a varied business background in real estate, project management, staff development, and client service. She was a tenant representation specialist at Commercial Partners focusing on office, retail and industrial leasing. Formerly she was a creative Senior Section Manager at McDonnell Douglas Federal Information and Health Systems Companies and a Producer at Maritz Communications Company. She brings creative insight and a results-driven approach to the leasing process. Chris began her professional career at Maritz Communications Co. in St. Louis, directing the development and delivery of multi-media communication products for fortune 500 Companies. Maritz designs programs to improve company success through training, motivation, and reward. She then moved to McDonnell Douglas Health Systems Company where she directed a team of instructional designers, writers, and programmers in producing training products for a complete line of software products. When the company received a Request for Proposal from the Department of Defense, she was chosen to help launch an in house company, McDonnell Douglas Federal Systems Company of over 200 employees to respond. She was responsible for building and directing the staff of 30 training designers as well as producing the 20-volume proposal. She also produced several additional Department of Defense proposals and contract deliverables totaling over one million pages. Most recently, she has been involved in managing her personal real estate investment business.
