Over 40 years experience in managing Real Estate assets on a corporate and person level. As a C-suite Executive in the petroleum and Convenience store industry ,real estate portfolio development and optimization was an integral part of the daily business process. Complex to simple transactions were an incredible learning experience. Transitioning to private investing after the corporate days lead to involvement in numerous small scale development projects generally in and around farm and ranch properties. It was a natural transition from finding and managing projects for myself to providing support and council to others in the business or entering the Real estate environment.
