Chris is a Partner and Head of the Retail Agency Department. He is a retail property specialist having acted nationally for in excess of 17 years. Chris joined Johnson Fellows in October 2001 and acts for a number of well-known retailers and private landlords and developers, both in town, out of town and roadside. His primary activity is the sale, letting and acquisition of retail premises and sites across the country. The Retail Agency Team acts for a number of national occupiers and clients such as Lidl, Co-op, Tesco, Lloyds Pharmacy, Heron Foods, Games Workshop, Starbucks and Vets 4 Pets.
