Chris, a First Vice President Investments and Associate Director of the National Retail Group, joined Marcus & Millichap in 2011 as a research analyst before becoming an agent in 2012. In his 7 years as an agent with M&M and The Levy Retail Group, he has facilitated nearly 150 transactions nationwide, totaling over $325 Million in sales volume, primarily consisting of multi-tenant shopping centers and medical office properties. While providing an unmatched, results-driven and collaborative network for his clients, Chris consistently looks to act as a resource for his clients in navigating the constantly-evolving CRE market. Chris focuses exclusively on the sale of commercial investment property, with a primary specialization in multi-tenant shopping centers. Having grown up in Arlington, Chris works heavily across the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and has also expanded his transactional expertise with multi-tenant properties across Texas as a whole, having completed multiple transactions throughout his career in various markets across the state.
