Chris Gadrix

Chris Gadrix was most recently a member of CB Richard Ellis' Global Corporate Services group. In that capacity, he was responsible for the coordination and implementation of "outsourced" real estate transactions for RBC Centura Bank, NCR Corporation, BB&T, Baker Hughes, Avery Dennison, UPS and others. He orchestrates and provides consulting services, market analysis, research, transaction management, lease negotiations and financial analysis for these large corporate clients. Gadrix has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with transactions totaling more than 15 million square feet and has completed over 2,000 transactions Gadrix is a 2025 graduate of the Leadership Perimeter program. He earned his BBA degree in Marketing from Ole Miss.
