Chris Fordy

Christopher Fordy started his property career in Knight Frank’s London office in 1990, coming to the profession after the boom years of the mid to late 80s. After 4 years, gaining experience in various different disciplines and qualifying as a member of the RICS. Christopher transferred to Strutt & Parker’s regional office in Harrogate in 1994, returning to extensive family roots. Christopher then rose quickly to head the Yorkshire & North East Commercial & Development Department as well as being Partner in Charge of the Harrogate Office. At the end of 2013 clients and colleagues strongly supported Christopher’s decision to set up his own practice and Fordy Marshall was launched. Christopher’s extensive knowledge and hardworking ethic, acknowledged and recommended by his peers, has ensured the practice has already become a success with clients ranging from individuals to multi-nationals.
