Chris Fiello

Mr, Fiello brings a unique range of expertise in commercial retail real estate leasing and development with a history of dealmaking with anchor, big box, restaurant, and mall shop tenants. Before joining Unisus, Mr. Fiello was Senior Vice President of Leasing with Spinoso Real Estate Group. As a member of the senior management team, he led and directed all leasing activity. In addition, Mr. Fiello was Vice President of Big-Box Leasing for Rouse Properties, Inc. where he oversaw and directed leasing of department stores, junior anchors, and big-box tenants across a national portfolio of 34 enclosed shopping malls. Mr. Fiello performed a similar role at Macerich, where he managed and executed the leasing of department stores, anchors, and big-box tenants for the east and central regions of Macerich's enclosed mall portfolio. Mr. Fiello began his real estate career with Pyramid Management Group in Syracuse, New York, where he initially held the position of Financial Officer before transitioning into the Leasing Group where he ultimately held the position of Senior Leasing Representative. Prior to Pyramid, Mr. Fiello spent years in the finance and accounting profession where he was Director of Accounting at Akamai Technologies, where he led in the integration of new systems and controls, budgeting, product line analysis, and revenue accounting and operations.
