Chris Evans

Chris is the Principal Broker and Chief Operating Officer of Sellect Realty. Sellect Realty is located in Cobb County: an influential suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. In his time as broker, he has yielded a year-over-year sales volume increase in excess of 25% annually. Before the age of 30, Chris has personally overseen over 35 million dollars in real estate transactions. His company’s clients include business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, and former olympians. Chris gives back to his community by serving as the Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee for the Cobb Association of REALTORS. He is actively involved in fundraising and operations for the Knights of Columbus.
