Chris Eddis
Prior to establishing Mornington Capital in 1998, Chris Eddis spent the previous twelve years working with investment banks Goldman Sachs and J P Morgan in London, Hong Kong and New York, before establishing the finance arm of a successful property boutique firm in London (now part of Invesco). His career consisted of specialization throughout the property, hotel and leisure sector. Chris has been responsible for the structuring and execution of major corporate and project specific finance, mergers and acquisition work and principal investments in the real estate sector in Western and Central Europe, Asia and the Americas. Chris holds a first class MA (Hons) degree from Cambridge University in Modern Languages (Spanish, French). Chris is also a board director of Six Senses BVI, an Asian luxury resort, spa and lifestyle company, as well as holding various board positions in connection with investments held.
