Chris Denda

Chris is an Executive Vice President with JLL’s Greater Toronto Area Industrial Group. He is responsible for representing major industrial occupiers and property owners with building leases, sales, and land development projects. Chris consistently rates among the top industrial practitioners in North America – his track record stemming from his market knowledge, long standing client relationships and uncompromising level of client service. Chris’ career in industrial real estate spans more than 18 years, in that time having completed more than 550 transactions, over 45 million square feet of real estate, totaling more than $3.6 billion in transaction value. His clients and references range from successful regional businesses, to public entities and governments, to many of the largest fortune 500 companies, including leading ecommerce, logistics and manufacturing organizations.
