Chris DeMartino

Chris is an Associate with the Investment Advisory Group at Foundry Commercial. He supports acquisitions, valuations, and capital markets initiatives across the Southeast. Prior to Foundry, Chris was on the Acquisitions & Asset Management team at South Street Partners, where he helped underwrite and close hospitality and mixed-use investments, including a beachfront property in Georgia. He also played a key role in asset management across a portfolio of high-end resort communities, supporting business plan execution, capital planning, and investor reporting for a $225M equity fund and $300M in co-invest capital. Chris holds a B.S. in Marketing with a Real Estate minor from the College of Charleston.
