
Chris specializes in industrial real estate with a focus on the I-96 West Corridor market spanning from Southwest Oakland County to Livingston County. He began his real estate career with Signature Associates in 2020 and has since risen to Principal. During that time, he has completed over 400 transactions totaling approximately 5 million square feet, building one of the most active industrial practices along the corridor.In February 2026, Chris earned the SIOR designation, a credential reserved for commercial real estate brokers who have demonstrated a proven track record of significant transaction volume and industry experience. He is excited to leverage that network to help clients with their industrial real estate requirements across the globe.
