After 19 years in the Retail industry as a salesperson, Manager and Owner, the switch to Commercial Real Estate was an easy transition. In 2017 Chris found himself on the other side of leases and sales in the Commercial world. His natural ability to communicate and negotiate in a professional and friendly manner is what makes him stand out in his field. He has experience with all sectors of the industry – leases, sales, real estate contracts, retail, office, industrial, recreational facilities, multi-family, and vacant land among others. Chris has spent most of his life in New Mexico. Along with his wife Courtney, who focuses on the Residential side of their Real Estate Company, they’re raising 3 daughters and are active in their community and with their church, Sagebrush. He values people and is invested in cultivating relationships and seeing his community grow. With his many connections, Chris gives his clients an advantage when it comes to accomplishing their real estate goals.
