Chris Bulmer

Chris focuses on the West and South-West London markets, specialising in the letting, sale and acquisition of office space. His experience includes advising on refurbishment and repositioning strategies, the marketing and letting of office developments, and working on investment and asset management opportunities. His clients include Orchard Street Investment Management, Federated Hermes, Boultbee Brooks Real Estate and Colliers Global Investors as well as other funds, property companies and private investors. Prior to joining BFS, Chris was a Partner at Michael Rogers LLP, based in the Richmond office for 17 years. Chris also extends the BFS Arsenal supporters’ team to 5!
