For the past 10 years in the Indianapolis commercial real estate business, Chris has specialized in sales and leasing of industrial warehouses, manufacturing buildings, and land with a specific focus on institutional Landlord and Tenant Representation. Utilizing creative strategies and comprehensive market analysis, Chris has helped numerous occupier clients identify and align mulit-market real estate requirements with strategic business, financial and operational objectives. Chris also works with national and regional corporations in the underwriting and acquisitions as well as dispositions of industrial property portfolios. Prior to joining CBRE Inc., Chris worked for Prologis, one of the world’s largest developers and owners of warehouses and distribution centers, and was responsible for the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of their 12.5 million SF portfolio in Indianapolis. Chris has represented clients over 400 transactions in both Landlord Representation and Tenant Representation assignments.
