Chris Bergmann Jr.

Chris Bergmann Jr. is an Executive Vice President leading the Capital Markets land team in the CBRE Houston office. He specializes in land acquisitions and dispositions for owners, developers and end users in the Houston market. Chris has more than seven years of experience and brings a heightened level of both urban and suburban land sale, infill redevelopment and corporate dispositions expertise that elevates and expands service delivery. His comprehensive approach to the land business has delivered consistent top of the market results. Chris uses his market knowledge and transaction experience to connect his clients with both listed and off market opportunities. He oversees all aspects of the transaction process including new business development, valuation, pricing strategies, marketing and client contact, due diligence and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement. In his most recent role, Chris was Executive Vice President on the Land Advisory Services team at JLL. Prior to JLL, he was at CBRE where he acquired extensive experience in both retail project leasing and tenant representation. Over the past seven years, Chris has closed transactions with a total consideration in excess of $750 million.
