Chris Beets

As a Senior Vice President at Gatski Commercial, a team of commercial real estate professionals, Chris Beets leverages his two decades of experience and his intimate knowledge of the Las Vegas industrial and flex markets to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. He has completed hundreds of transactions valued at over $500 million, providing clients with valuation insights, financial acumen, and optimal real estate strategies. Beets holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas and an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Las Vegas College. He started his career as an associate Marcus & Millichap where he provided investment sales services and underwriting distressed assets. Beets then moved to Gatski Commercial where he provided landlord and tenant representation services to local and national clients. He then joined Newmark Knight Frank where he was a Director for seven years, before joining SystemCRE in 2020. Beets moved back to Gatski Commercial as Senior Vice President where he is tasked with repositioning underperfoming assets for sale.
