Chris Baumgart

Chris provides his clients with over a decade of experience and knowledge of the San Diego market, where he represents local and national corporate occupiers, institutional investors, and private building owners. Through his expertise, community relationships and dedicated commitment to service, Chris has been able to create trusting, long-term relationships with his clients that has built a foundation and reputation he is able to share. Chris has been recognized in the San Diego Business Journal as Top 40 under 40, Costar Power Broker Award recipient and was Rookie of the Year for a prior publicly traded commercial real estate firm. He also currently serves on the board of San Diego SIOR Chapter. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, mountain biking and traveling.
