Chip Wooten

Chip is a Senior Vice President, Debt Capital Management and Asset Sales at Hillpointe. He is responsible for portfolio management, debt origination, and asset sales for the Hillpointe portfolio. Chip’s background combines more than 17 years of capital markets experience through investment consulting and brokerage, with a focus on sourcing, structuring, and marketing a variety of investment property transactions in addition to evaluating potential developments for feasibility. Prior to joining Hillpointe, Chip was a First Vice President with CBRE in their Institutional Multifamily Group and has represented owners in the disposition of more than $2.5 billion of real estate. Prior to CBRE, Chip began his career as a research analyst and transitioned to business development working for two large institutional investment consulting firms.
