Chip Sutherland

Chip Sutherland has been with CBRE since 1988. Over the past 32 years Chip has been a top performer, completing more than $3 Billion in sale, lease and land sale transactions. Throughout his career he has focused on both agency and tenant representation companies for local property owners, institutions and technology companies. Representative clients include CEVA Logistics, Kateeva, IBM, Principal Financial Group (PFG), California State Teachers Retirement System (Calstrs), Stockbridge, McCarthy Family, Steelwave, Prologis, Trammell Crow and the Oakland A’s. Outside the office Chip enjoys spending time with his family and spending time outdoors. Chip coaches his kid’s baseball, basketball and soccer teams. Chip has also completed the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon on numerous occasions.
