A 20-year Veteran with an extensive background in commercial real estate and development, Chip began his commercial real estate career with Armada Hoffler Properties in Chesapeake VA as an office and warehouse leasing associate. Prior to joining Dominion Commercial, he was the Regional Director of Commercial Brokerage and Development for Taylor Long Properties, representing both individual and institutional property owners throughout Virginia. He was also previously employed as Vice President of Industrial Marketing with Hamner Development Company in Newport News, Virginia, and worked extensively in the Hampton Roads commercial market. Chip is also a graduate of The Lipsey School of Real Estate, earning a Master's in Commercial Property along with the MiCP designation. He is also active in development in the Central Virginia area, and is the founder of Duff Development Group, headquartered in Forest, VA
