Chhaya Pankhania

Chhaya joined Snellers in 2011 and is responsible for undertaking RICS Red Book Commercial and Residential Valuations, Commercial Lease Renewals & Rent Reviews and Residential Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement work. Chhaya has over 8 years experience in her field and is also a RICS Registered Valuer. Previously, Chhaya worked for a large multidisciplinary property company in East Kent undertaking valuation, development and landlord & tenant work. Chhaya’s claim to fame (apart from working at Snellers) was appearing on the television show 'Homes under the Hammer'. She provided valuation advice on a property purchased at auction. Outside of work, Chhaya juggles family life with trying to keep fit and she enjoys skiing whenever she gets the chan
