Chet Manning

Chet is responsible for the management of preconstruction activities for Allen Harrison Company, including feasibility, site planning, cost estimating, and design. Prior to joining Allen Harrison Company, Chet served as a civil engineer with Pape-Dawson, where he was directly involved in the site design of numerous commercial, retail, and multi-family projects across the state of Texas. Chet earned a Master of Business Administration from Mays Business School at Texas A&M and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
