Chet Kenoyer

Chet was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington. After graduating from Sehome High School he attended Washington State University to study business. Like his son, immediately after college he began his career in real estate. He has been blessed with a career that has lasted over 40 years now, time really flies! It has evolved from being just a job to more of a passion. Chet loves the art of negotiating and enjoy seeing people find the home they have always wanted. He is thrilled to be working alongside his daughter Gina and his son Jess watching how the real estate industry is changing and evolving over time. They are continuously striving to be the best they can be, while still managing to keep their ethics the highest priority. He looks forward to many years to come! Chet is happily married to his beautiful wife Lynette and have three grown children who were all born and raised in Bellingham. Like he mentioned, he sells real estate alongside Gina his youngest daughter, and Jess his only son, and Krista is married and is a mother to their four granddaughters – Kya, Kenna, Kierra, and Kysin. They enjoy spending time together as a family and try to spend time outside as much as they can. He is blessed to be in a career that he loves so much that he does not have to call it ‘work.’ In Chet’s spare time you can find him at a car show, playing on the lake, or relaxing at home with his family.
