Cheryl Huotte

Cheryl became a Realtor in 2006. Wanting a change from Veterinary Medicine, she decided to incorporate her love for animals into her new career. She started the 2 Find Your Way Home Real Estate Team. Her team contributes 10% of their commissions to help local animal shelters and rescue groups. She is passionate about helping animals, and they attend all the local festivals as vendors to support others who have the same goals. In 2017, Cheryl received training and passed her Brokers exam. After working with other Brokerages throughout the years, Cheryl decided in 2020 it was time to open her own Real Estate Brokerage Firm, Metro Brokers of Hampton Roads. "Treating each Client how I would want to be treated is the most important thing to me. First time home buyers, empty nesters, investors, vacation homes, whatever the need I am happy to help. Each situation is unique, and I will go above and beyond to make sure you are treated fairly and with a positive outcome. I want to make it as stress free as possible!" Cheryl currently lives in the Western Branch area of Chesapeake, with her Husband Frank, who is also an Agent, and their 3 kitties. She enjoys traveling, reading and swimming, anything outdoors in the warm weather!
