Cheryl Hardt

Cheryl Hardt is a Senior Vice President with more than 25 years of commercial real estate advisory and transaction experience for investors and corporate occupiers. Cheryl has completed more than 10 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions in her tenure with CBRE. She is recognized for her attention to client service, as well as her ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative solutions to clients’ real estate requirements. Cheryl is passionate about creating value and workplaces that inspire, and to this end she advises not-for-profits, educational institutions and charter schools on their real estate strategies and transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Cheryl led the leasing effort for the 2-million-square-foot portfolio owned by Bellemead Development Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Chubb Corporation.
