Cherin Cox is a Houston REALTOR®, real estate agent and founder of the CHERIN Sells Houston Team at CB&A, REALTORS®. A Houston native and licensed Texas REALTOR® since 2000, Cherin brings 26 years of residential real estate experience to buyers and sellers throughout Greater Houston. Over her career, she has represented clients in approximately 385 real estate transactions totaling an estimated $120 million in sales. Her typical clients buy and sell homes ranging from approximately $300,000 to $2.9 million, and her experience includes residential transactions as high as $5.8 million. Cherin specializes in seller and listing representation, buyer representation, luxury real estate, corporate and international relocation, resale homes, new construction, high-rise properties, second homes, staging and make-ready strategy. Her primary Houston markets include Spring Branch, Memorial and the Memorial Villages, The Heights, River Oaks, Tanglewood, Bellaire, West University, Katy and Cypress. Her relocation experience includes assisting approximately 30 individuals and families moving into and out of Houston, including international expatriate clients, and developing a relocation department and referral process supporting more than 30 real estate agents. She also secured and managed a corporate relocation relationship with Amerada Hess Corporation that provided housing and relocation assistance for 22 employees. Cherin’s real estate experience extends beyond individual transactions. She served as Chair of the Houston Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Advisory Committee in 2022, leading a 26-member committee focused on identifying and addressing major risks facing the real estate industry. She served on the Texas Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee from 2005–2012 and again in 2020, participating in ethics and arbitration matters involving agents, brokers and the public.
