Cherie Benoit

Cherie has thirteen years of experience as a Realtor®, and holds a Broker's license in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She loves working with both home buyers and sellers in Central Massachusetts and Northen Rhode Island. Cherie was the 2024 President of the Realtor® Association of Central Massachusetts, and continues to serve as a Director for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® a committee member for the National Association of Realtors®. Cherie was 2018 REALTOR® of the Year for the Realtor® Association of Central Massachusetts, and holds several designations and certifications including: Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Agent, Graduate Realtor® Institute, Sellers Representative Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and At Home With Diversity. Cherie has also been C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) Endorsed by the National Association of Realtors® since 2019. She prides herself on being involved in her local community, where she has served in various volunteer positions.
