Chelsea Wall is a Director of Commercial Sales & Leasing at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties Commercial Division, based in Park City, Utah. Before entering the Commercial Real Estate field, Chelsea worked in the title industry which followed her seven-year career as a Senior loan officer at Mountain America Credit Union. Chelsea then switched gears and joined Newmark in 2019 where she served as the team manager for Newmark’s 2019 Breakout Agent of the Salt Lake City office. Chelsea also offered her extensive lending and account analysis background to Newmark’s accounting department as the company’s lead Revenue Coordinator over the Utah, Nevada, and Idaho Offices from March 2020 through September 2021. Despite her success in that role, which included receiving Newmark’s 2020 Excellence Award, she decided it was time to utilize her Real Estate license to the full extent and put all her focus into the brokerage side of Newmark. In her first year as a sales agent, she assisted in over $7.6 million of leasing transactions, and$48.6 million in sales transactions, as was nominated for Newmark’s 2022 Rookie of the Year. Since joining the CRE Industry in 2019, Chelsea has supported on more than 150 transactions that are worth in excess of $100 million. These transactions include a multitude of property types ranging from Industrial, Multi-Family, Office and Retail. Chelsea has a wide understanding of both tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation. Chelsea provides superb organizational, management, and communication skills to each opportunity and transaction she is presented with. She currently serves as a full-time sales agent and admin on a successful team under mentors Jill Snyder and Todd McLachlan. Chelsea has most recently began pursuing her CCIM designation.
