Chase Talbot, CCIM

Chase Talbot is a Senior Associate for Clark Gaines Properties and works in brokerage services, finding new clients and moving inventory. Prior to joining Clark Gaines Properties, Mr. Talbot graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master’s of Sports Management degree. Prior to his post-graduate work, Mr. Talbot earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Wellness Management from Houston Baptist University. Mr. Talbot was a member of the Houston Baptist baseball team where he competed at the NCAA Division 1 collegiate level in the Southland Conference. Mr. Talbot was also an active member in Fellowship of Christian Athletes throughout his time at Houston Baptist. Before earning his Real Estate license in 2022, Mr. Talbot interned for Pure Play Orthopedics where he directed the process and provided guidance to clinical personnel throughout surgeries. Mr. Talbot graduated from Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School in Beaumont, Texas and continues to be an active member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in College Station.
