Prior to joining Logic, Chase has worked in Brokerage for the past 10-Yrs. Having previously worked for the CoStar Group, the largest commercial real estate research and marketing software company in the US. While there, he trained clients on how to best conduct research and market commercial properties. Chase also worked directly with commercial banks and investors to help value properties, find off-market opportunities, and balance portfolio risk.
