Chase Hansen works with CBRE in Los Angeles and partners with industry veterans Dave Smith & Tim Vaughan. Together, Chase and his team focus on advising and representing corporate and institutional clients with their real estate requirements on a regional and national basis. A significant area of focus for Chase has been representing medical occupiers and institutional owners. Some notable clients in this field include Cedars Sinai, Torrance Memorial, Centinela Hospital Center, and Prime Healthcare. With a Public Policy & Economics background, Chase brings a holistic approach to his real estate advisory and solutions. He enjoys building long-term relationships with his clients and colleagues in the real estate industry, especially as he helps them navigate the changing political and cultural landscape. He spends his free time with his family and friends, hiking, and as a member of the Advisory Board for “Students for Safe Water”, a nonprofit he began with his friends in high school that raises money to provide water to impoverished areas. He started his commercial real estate career with Lee & Associates in 2020.
