Chase serves as vice president in Transwestern's New York office. He is responsible for tenant and landlord advisory in the Midtown and Midtown South markets. As a tenant advocate and market specialist, Chase has a deep understanding of the everchanging Manhattan market and is constantly uncovering opportunities that fit his client’s needs. With almost a decade of experience, Chase began his career at tenant representation firm Studley (now Savills) and has always enjoyed adding value to his clients, who benefit from creative and cost effective real estate solutions. He has completed transactions for a broad range of clients including Signal AI, SitusAMC, Eurazeo, Cumulus Media, and Matrix Asset Advisors. Prior to joining Transwestern, Chase was an Associate at Savills, where he was responsible for new business development and provided real estate advisory and transaction management services.
