Chase is a Managing Director of Transwestern's Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions practice, leads Strategic Consulting Services nationally, and supports the company's global alliances as a liaison with Canada’s ENCOR Advisors. He excels at delivering integrated account management services including strategic planning, portfolio/lease administration, transaction management, project management and workplace strategy. Chase and his team provide exemplary client service by utilizing modern technology and supporting the real estate needs of occupier clients locally, nationally and globally. This includes strategic planning, transaction execution, financial analytics and ongoing portfolio optimization services for small to mid-cap corporations. With extensive experience delivering corporate real estate strategy and solutions that optimize location, labor and financial impact, Chase has established himself as a valuable advisor to organizations of all sizes and across all industries. Prior to Transwestern, Chase was part of Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners in Boston and opened the Boston office of Savills Studley after roles in New York City and Washington, D.C.
