Chase Bolding

Mr. Bolding has 15 years of real asset investment experience, and his investment capabilities include equity, debt, and joint ventures across the full risk-return spectrum. In addition to his role as their Lead Portfolio Manager, Chase serves on Invesco Real Estate’s Investment Committee and chairs the firm’s Platform Investment Committee. Prior to joining Invesco Real Estate, Mr. Bolding worked for Greenfield Partners, a real estate private equity fund headquartered in Connecticut from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Bolding earned a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst ® (CFA) designation.
