Chase Adams

Chase joined the Stratford Group in August 2019, where he specializes in brokering suburban land sales and acquisitions throughout North Texas. Chase began his career in the land business at Davidson Bogel Real Estate where he learned a lot, especially about commercial land and pad site brokerage. While there, he established valuable relationships with land owners, brokers, developers, builders, and investors. Chase is a Dallas native and has lived in Dallas his whole life, aside from the 4 years he spent in Athens, GA attending school at the University of Georgia. There, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in General Business. In his spare time, Chase enjoys spending time with friends and his rapidly growing family, going to the lake, playing golf, watching sports (particularly the Georgia Bulldogs), spending time outdoors, and with his weimaraner named Georgia.
