Charlotte has been a critical asset to the Urban Works team since 2009. With over fifteen years experience in commercial real estate in Portland, Charlotte has negotiated countless leasing and sales transactions. She enjoys the challenge of implementing complex urban redevelopment projects while serving the diversity of stakeholders involved in shaping Portland’s commercial centers. Charlotte successfully represents adaptive reuse, transit oriented developments, mixed use and historic rehab projects, in addition to representing the business owners who give them life. Developer, owner/user and investor sale transactions also make up a significant amount of Charlotte’s time.
