Charlie Wienberg

Charlie Wienberg joined the team at Millyard Technology Park in April 2021 as Property Manager. He works to maintain the historic and beautiful mill buildings that a variety of businesses across multiple industries call their home away from home. Since starting as Property Manager, Charlie has always prioritized tenant needs from customizing office space renovations, to transforming the Riverview Café, to always being a friendly face in the hallways to answer a question. Charlie is especially proud of the work he’s done to expand MTP’s presence in the local Nashua community. During the holiday season, Charlie welcomes local student musicians from the Nashua Community Music School to brighten the building with live music and helps The Nashua P.A.L. with their annual toy drive. Millyard Technology Park is also a proud sponsor of the Nashua Center for the Arts. With over four decades of business and management experience, Charlie has an extensive career helping and building businesses. He owned his own small business for over 25 years in Manchester, and has experience in home entertainment sales, commercial paper and cleaning supply sales, and the hospitality industry. When he’s not at Millyard Technology Park, you can find Charlie spending time with his wife going out to dinner or working in their garden, going to a concert or golfing with his two daughters and their husbands, and dog-sitting for his “grandpups” Harry and Kirby.
