Charlie represents owners of office buildings in their real estate transactions and assists them in leasing space and buying and selling properties. Charlie's main objective is to provide his clients all of the necessary tools – such as market-leading research, best-in-class marketing and a creative problem-solving approach – to help them make the most informed business decision. Recently, Charlie has been focusing on creative/unique opportunities on the redevelopment side, such as the Quad, a project that provides a never before seen contemporary office community experience, and the Circuit , a former electronics factory that was recently repurposed into a creative office building. Metropolitan Phoenix is an exciting and evolving market to work in as a commercial real estate professional. Charlie grew up outside of New York, where entering a field other than Wall Street was nearly unheard of. At the time, he viewed commercial real estate as a unique opportunity in a rapidly changing world, and that perspective has held true now that he's working in the industry every day. Arizona’s emphasis on education and business growth makes the state attractive to a variety of companies and organizations, and the influx of new and diverse tenants he has seen enter the market over the past 12 months – along with a workforce that gets younger and more educated by the week – has him very excited for the future.
