Charlie Otte

Charlie Otte is Head of National accounts for Pope Corporation. He provides strategic guidance, management and negotiation of corporate office and industrial leases, space programming services, and navigating state and local incentives to help obtain the best results for his clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and throughout the United States. He has extensive experience negotiating lease transactions on behalf of users for commercial office space, warehouse facilities, retail sites, and medical operations. Charlie has also represented the interests of clients purchasing office buildings and raw land and has successfully completed transactions totaling in excess of $200 million. Previously, Charlie was with Rubicon Representation, Cresa, and Stream Realty Partners while earning various accolades from the Dallas Business Journal and D CEO Magazine for his work on multiple assignments. Charlie grew up in Dallas, TX and attended Texas A&M University. He currently resides in the Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas with his wife and three kids.
