Charlie Freeman joined the firm in 2016 after a decade of experience in family owned and corporate franchise restaurant businesses. Charlie is a hardworking, innovative broker who brings passion and a disciplined approach to all aspects of commercial real estate. He currently serves on the Realtor Commercial Alliance Board of Directors, is a candidate for CCIM designation and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Born and raised in Winston-Salem, Charlie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He enjoys the plentiful golf courses around the Triad, along with the region’s booming craft breweries, restaurants and live music venues. He and his wife, Kaitlyn, their son and their dog, Brody, also love returning to the Carolina coast as much as possible.
