Charlie Boyd joined DuWest in 2024 after managing leasing efforts for Blackstone’s Shopcore Properties in Denver. In his role at Shopcore, Charlie oversaw leasing for the company’s central region, including Texas, Colorado, and Illinois, where he executed leases across an extensive grocery-anchored portfolio. His experience spans various retail asset types, including inline strip centers, pad sites, ground leases, and big-box retailers. With a strong foundation in strategic leasing solutions and market insights, Charlie is committed to helping clients achieve their retail property goals. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and originally from Fort Worth, he brings a deep understanding of the market to his work at DuWest.
