In 2022, the Orange County office was awarded the top producing Matthews’ office in the U.S. Charles’ background is in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties, where he is apt for outworking the competition and giving every deal 110 percent. Throughout his career, Charles has completed 150+ transactions totaling over $500M. His unrelenting drive and determination to putting his clients’ needs first have helped Charles build an expansive network of clients, including private investors, institutions, developers, publicly-traded REITs, and some of the country’s largest apartment owners.
