Charles Van Geel

Charles Van Geel serves as Senior Director within Cushman and Wakefield’s Southern Nevada market specializing in office real estate. Prior to joining in 2018, Mr. Van Geel served as Broker and Vice President of Commercial Leasing and Sales for American Nevada Company for nearly two decades where he negotiated over 1,000 sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. Since joining C&W, Charles has leased over 700K SF of office space and completed more than $130 million in total transaction consideration (sales, tenant representation, and landlord representation). As a native Nevadan, Mr. Van Geel has a deep-rooted connection to the state and an extensive history surrounding its economic development. He served as vice president of client services with the Nevada Development Authority, assisted the Speaker of the House in the Nevada Legislature, served as research manager and senior analyst for the Nevada Commission on Economic Development under Governor Bob Miller.
