Charles Simpson

Charles began his career in 1982 in Dallas, Texas with M.E.P.C. American Properties focusing on Class A office leasing and development. He was then recruited to work for CARTER in Atlanta, Georgia where he worked on the development and leasing team of CARTER’S Class A office towers Campanile and Eleven Hundred Peachtree Street; two of the first office towers built in Midtown Atlanta. He later moved back to his home town of Birmingham and joined Sloss Development Group to work on the redevelopment of the former Southern Company HQ building on Shades Creek Parkway, now known as Synovus Center. Charles later teamed up with David Walker in founding Brookmont Realty Group, LLC in 1997. Brookmont merged with Graham & Company in January of 2020. Charles has completed numerous real estate transactions and developments throughout his career representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers, and owners and investors of commercial real estate.
