Charles Shin

Charles Shin is a founder and principal broker at HI Choice Realty. He is also a good coach and mentor for his agents in the real estate brokerage firm. As a real estate agent, Charles Shin provides clients with comprehensive services by introducing the accounting, legal, financial and other specialist necessary for buying or selling real estate over the network and over 25 years of extensive experience. The experience of working in a local architectural/engineering firm for more than a decade before establishing a real estate company serves not only as a broker, but also shares more of an insight and serves as the best intermediary without sparing the buyer advice and the advice he needs. Charles was born in Seoul, Korea and immigrated to Honolulu in 1982. Charles Shin is bilingual in both Korean and English. He is a Christian, married, living with a loving wife, two sons and a daughter. He studied at University of Hawaii at Manoa, graduating with a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering. He became an Electrical Engineer at the local architecture and engineering consulting company. In 2006, Charles Shin established his own real estate brokerage company and joined New Star Realty National Franchise. Later in 2016, Charles Shin changed his company name to “HI Choice Realty”, transforming his company into an independent company with no franchise. HI Choice Realty will be a strong local real estate brokerage firm that connects Hawaii to both Asia and US mainland. Charles is delighted to be a member of the Aloha chapter of AREAA.
