Charles Shapiro

As a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Tyler-Duncan Realty Partners, Charles helps clients find, negotiate, and close the best deals for their properties. With over two years of experience in this role, he has developed strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, and has successfully completed multiple transactions in the Denver area. Prior to joining Tyler-Duncan, he was a Director of Customer Relationship Management at CoStar Group, where I helped clients maximize the value of their CoStar subscription by showing them how to use CoStar's services to achieve their goals and objectives. Under Charles's leadership, the usage of CoStar's services in the Denver region surged by 44% in 2017 over 2016. He also coached boys and girls cross country at Holy Family High School, leading them to the best combined finish in school history and repeat regional championships in 2020 and 2021. His passion for commercial real estate and running stems from his education and background in marketing and finance, which he obtained from the University of Maryland College Park. He has a BS and an MBA in these fields, and he applies the knowledge and skills learned to his work and coaching.
