As the Senior Partner and founding member of Richardson Properties, Charles Richardson has over 45 years of real estate experience in a variety of different backgrounds and is the largest independent new home broker on the Central Coast. Since 1972, Charlie has developed, built, sold, managed, financed, and joint ventured residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout California, Texas and Colorado.
