Charles Moore

Charlie has been a broker of commercial and industrial properties since 1981. He specializes in port-related industrial properties, office properties, and site acquisition. He represents both the Seller/Landlord as well as the Buyer/Tenant side of lease and sale transactions. Charlie received his CCIM designation in 1990 and has served as President of the South Carolina Chapter of CCIM and the Commercial and Industrial Division of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. He was recently honored as "Commercial Realtor of the Year" by his industry peers. Charlie is active in numerous professional, civic, and conservation organizations.
